Yes! Reformer Pilates can be tailored to all fitness levels. Our certified instructors guide you through each movement, ensuring proper technique and providing modifications as needed.
You can book online through our scheduling system called Momence or through our website.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows freedom of movement. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene, which are available for purchase in studio. No need for shoes. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle along. We have filtered water available in the studio to refill your bottles.
For optimal results, 2–3 sessions per week are ideal. Consistency is key in improving core strength, posture, and overall body tone.
It’s a private class with a certified instructor where you’ll learn the basics of Reformer Pilates in a comfortable, personalized setting. It’s a great way to explore the equipment, understand the technique, and see how Pilates can work for your body. We have a package called the ‘Reformer Start Pack’ which included one private class and 2 group reformer classes.
There is covered parking to the rear of the building, there are plenty of spaces marked with the letter ‘R’ for retail parking.
